High Spirits Retreat is created, owned and operated by Mette’s Institute. It is nestled on a hilltop overlooking the breathtaking subtropical Noosa countryside. It has been designed with absolute privacy in mind and creates a very safe environment for the support of each induviduals expressions and experiences.
