We look forward to receiving you – body, mind and spirit – in the lush and tranquil surroundings of the Noosa hinterland. Here you will be nurtured and supported in your important decision to take some time out for yourself. The multiple roles demanded of everyday life – employee, boss, colleague, cook, cleaner, chauffeur, partner, parent, mother, daughter, sister, friend – can be left behind as you rest, reflect and reconnect with lost and found, old and new, aspects of YOU.
During the retreat, a team of highly-skilled women, grounded in Hawaiian philosophy and bodywork, will lead you through a powerful ceremony and into outrageous fun! Each member of this hand-picked team brings individual gifts, a capacity to ‘hold space’, and a strong commitment to supporting your needs during this special time.
This team will nourish you daily with home-grown produce lovingly prepared by top-notch cooks; regular massage and yoga; walk in nature; special clay masks; and other pampering delights.
They will lead you through processes to help you reflect on what being a woman means to you; reconnect with hopes, dreams and desires; release past hurts; articulate goals and create clear strategies for achieving them.
You will also be invited to participate in guided meditations, life coaching and daily talking circles on themes that are relevant to you; to connect with yourself, with other women and with the elements; to laugh, to sing, to weep and to sleep (and not necessarily in that order).
Experience all this and more as we explore and celebrate what it means to be a spirited woman in the world today

Transport
You will need to organise transport to Kin Kin – we do offer Airport transfers from Brisbane, so please let us know if you need this option.
