RITES OF PASSAGE
This level focuses on deepening the understanding of the connection between body, mind and spirit. It prepares you to deal professionally with clients emotional releases which may occur during massages. The course also offers an opportunity for goal setting and for gaining clarity on a personal level.

INITIATION & INTEGRATION

Jorgen’s Life Celebration - “Love Never Ends” - 20-22 November 2026
A weekend to remember Jorgen will be held on 20-22 November 2026 at High Spirits.
The first day (Fri, 20 Nov) will mark a celebration of his life starting at 9am with a massive live performance by Dayweran on their World Tour, his godsons with whom he shared a love of music.
The 20th is a PUBLIC FREE FESTIVAL EVENT.
On 21-22 Nov weekend, High Spirits will continue the Life Celebration Festival through an “Ohana Stay” bookable on the Courses website - scroll down to November 2026 and follow the steps. Booking details are below! There is a 2 day pass for those living/staying locally or to book a High Spirits stay there is either a dorm bed or your own tent/van. Due to site management costs (loos, showers, etc) there is a camping/van fee for those wishing to stay for the weekend.
There will be contributions from our beautiful Ohana, including Lindsey Pollak, Mungo, Gavin, Fran & Gus, Mette & Team, Dawn, Adam, Dabaco, Aaron Walker, Rene and others.
We’ll gather at High Spirits for days of music, workshops, movement, healing, breath, sharing, laughter, ceremony, movement, rest and the simple but powerful mana of being together and creating.
A weekend created around connection, remembrance and the truth that love connects us to life beyond what we can see.
The weekend is also an opportunity to honour the people we love, the people who have shaped us, and the gifts they have left in our lives. We wish to also remember beautiful Duncan, who contributed so much to High Spirits as a School.
A little of what’s planned...
Thursday 19th — Ohana Stays Dorm & Campers arrival
Arrive, settle in and reconnect. You are welcome to book to stay in whatever form of accommodation you choose: tent, van, a bed in the dorm. There will be Sauna, welcome gathering, dinner, chai and a gentle evening together.
Friday 20th — Jorgen’s Ashes Are Spread (PUBLIC FREE FESTIVAL EVENT)
Our main gathering day. 9am Dayweran, gathering for ceremony and spreading of the ashes, music, stories, speeches, sound healing, dancing!!!!!!!!!! There will be a food truck on site.
Saturday 21st — Connection & Celebration (DAY PASS EVENT - book via link below)
Morning movement, workshops, healing and massage swaps, gratitude, music, pictures, songs, dinner and a bonfire!!!!!!!!!! There will be meals included for those staying in the dorm rooms as an Ohana Stay.
Sunday 22nd — Living Forward (DAY PASS EVENT continued)
Final workshops, sharing, intentions and wishes for the next chapter, finishing with a simple closing ceremony. There will be breakfast and lunch included for those staying in the dorm rooms as an Ohana Stay.LOVE NEVER ENDS

On Friday there will be a food truck on site for the Friday Public Event.
For those booking a bed in the dorm for the Ohana Stay, there will be light, healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners provided (not included with camping as we don’t know how many to cater for)!
What to bring?
For the Friday Public Event, definitely bring your Jorgen table as we would like to have a table drumming circle to honour him and a mass table blessing!
And we’d love everyone who comes to bring something that represents the person they are honouring and remembering.
It might be a photo, favourite object, letter, piece of music, recipe, something from nature or simply a story.
There is no right or wrong thing to bring.
Just something that carries a little of their love.

Advanced Level
This 6 day training course has been designed to strengthen and enhance the practitioner’s skills, offering a very technical process and getting the practitioner ready for clients with different issues, injuries and problem areas. Subjects which will be studied include:
Pregnancy massage; or side lying position to assist any client
Polynesian floor work;
Body draining systems and under body techniques;
Joint and bone massage;
Light and heavy pressure massage;
How to be professional with healing;
Body language and body awareness;
Ho’oponopono meditation … helps you make your personal relationships more healthy and rewarding.
Upon completion you will receive a certificate which is endorsed by the International Institute For Complementary Therapists. This will give you easy access to professional insurance.
